What does your package consist of?

Our package includes a comprehensive travel experience tailored to your preferences. It typically covers accommodations, transportation, curated activities, entrance tickets, and a detailed day-to-day itinerary. We handle every detail to ensure a seamless and memorable trip!

What are your credentials?

We are a licensed online travel designer boutique with Singapore Tourism Board.  Our Travel Agent No. is 02538.

What are the payment terms?

There are 3 payments altogether:

    1. Travel Proposal Fee
      An upfront travel proposal fee to receive an initial trip overview. If you choose to proceed with our services, this fee will be applied toward your total tour fare.

    2. Deposit
      A non-refundable 50% deposit to craft your detailed day-to-day itinerary with hotel accommodations. If you decide not to continue, a credit note will be issued for use on future trips.

    3. Final Balance
      The remaining tour fare to complete your trip arrangements. After this payment, you’ll receive details for entrance tickets, transportation, and other essentials.

Who can I contact when I need assistance overseas?

You can reach out to us anytime via WhatsApp for assistance. We’re always on call to help!

Can we meet to discuss the travel details face to face?

In this technology era, meeting in person isn’t necessary. We’re happy to schedule a virtual meeting if needed. However, with our expertise, less than 0.5% of our clients feel the need for one!

What is your office address?

We are an online company and don’t have a physical office. All communications are virtual—via WhatsApp, phone call, email, or virtual meetings. Rest assured, we pride ourselves on being one of the most responsive in the industry!

Can you arrange a 4D3N vacation for us?

Our minimum travel duration is 6 days and 5 nights. Let us know if you’d like to plan a longer trip!

Do you arrange transport only?

No, we don’t arrange transport only, as booking your own accommodation might disrupt the flow of your vacation and could result in locations being out of the way.

Can we choose the accommodations?

Yes, of course! Just let us know your preferences, and we’ll be happy to book the hotel of your choice.
