Our Travel Proposal service is designed for clients who have already chosen their destination and need a detailed overview to bring their travel plans to life.
Here are some scenarios where this travel planning service may be helpful:
- To plan a 10-day trip to Japan, this service helps you map out which cities to visit, activities to do, and how to travel between them—whether by train, internal flights, or escorted tours. It’s ideal for those seeking expert guidance to streamline their vacation planning.
- To plan a 10 days combine trip of Taiwan and Okinawa, this service helps you to decide how many days to spend in each country, the activities involved, and how to transit betwen the countries.
What It Entails?
Before commencement, we offer an optional complimentary 15-minute consultation where you can ask any questions, clarify expectations, and help us scope your travel requirements. We can schedule a mutual time for the free consult.
Ranges from SGD450 to SGD750, depending on factors such as destination, travel dates, duration, complexity, and group size.
3-5 days upon the receipt of the upfront travel planning fee.
Your Travel Proposal will include:
- Flight recommendations, if you haven’t yet purchased your tickets.
- Suggested duration of stay in each city, paired with activities tailored to your wishlist.
- Accommodation options (grade of hotels, not actual hotels) carefully selected to meet your style and preferences.
- Recommended travel modes between destinations, such as Shinkansen, flights, or escorted tours.
- Expert advice on the best activities to enhance your experience.
An estimated cost for the vacation, should you decide to engage us further for Custom Travel Planning.
The completed proposal will be delivered in a PDF document
Please note the travel proposal is an overview of the travel plan, it is NOT an itineary.
NO acoommodation names will be provided at this stage.
The travel proposal fee will be waived and counted as part of your final tour fare when you proceed with our Custom Travel Planning service. No refunds otherwise.

Submit Your Enquiry
Submit your travel inquiry form on Plan My Trip and select Travel Proposal. Provide detailed information about your preferences, lifestyles (early birds, or late starts) and specific requests.
Effect Upfront Travel Proposal Fee
Payment can be effected via PayNow via UEN53255982K.
Receive Travel Proposal
Upon receipt of payment, receive your tailored travel proposal in 3-5 business days in PDF document.
