Travel Consultation
When You Need Our Expertise

Sometimes you don’t need someone to design and arrange your entire holiday.
You may already have an itinerary and want a second opinion. You might need help deciding between different routes, working out how many nights to spend in each place, choosing between transport options, or simply figuring out whether what you’ve planned actually makes sense.
Our Travel Consultation gives you dedicated time with an experienced travel designer to work through your questions.
Before we speak, we’ll review the information you’ve provided and prepare a written PDF with our recommendations and the reasoning behind them.
Then we’ll spend up to 45 minutes together discussing your journey, answering your questions and refining your plans.
After that, you can take our recommendations and continue planning and arranging the holiday yourself.

Travel Design Proposal
When You Want Us to Design the Journey
Travel Design Proposal from SGD 750 per group
Perhaps you know the countries you want to visit, the experiences you don’t want to miss, or simply how you want the holiday to feel.
You just need someone to work out how everything should come together.
This is where we start with a blank page and design the journey around you.
We look at who is travelling, how you like to travel, your interests, your preferred pace and what matters to you.
Then we work out the destinations, routing, pacing, logistics and key experiences that bring the journey together.
Because every journey is designed around the people taking it, we don’t provide sample itineraries. A journey designed for someone else’s interests, needs and travel style isn’t a sample of what we would design for you.
This is a professional design service.
Once your Travel Design Proposal is complete, you can choose what happens next.
You may use the proposal to make your own travel arrangements.
Or, if you’d rather have us take care of everything, you can engage Epic Travel Designer for Custom Travel Planning.
If you engage us to arrange your holiday, the full Travel Design Proposal Fee will form part of your final tour fare.

Custom Travel Planning
When You Want Us to Make It Happen

Once you’re happy with the Travel Design Proposal from the design phase, you can choose to have us take care of turning it into your actual holiday.
This is where we move from design to detailed planning and execution.
We develop your journey in detail and take care of the travel arrangements required to make it happen.
Accommodation. Transport. Private transfers. Guides. Activities. Tickets. Reservations. Car rentals.
We coordinate the individual pieces, work through the practical details and bring everything together into one journey.
Before you travel, we’ll make sure you have the information you need, with your itinerary and travel arrangements organised through our travel app.
While you’re travelling, we’re still here if you need us and, where possible, we also work with trusted local partners who can assist you at the destination.
And our service doesn’t necessarily end when you arrive home. If you need supporting information or documentation for a travel insurance claim relating to services arranged through us, we’ll help provide the relevant records available to us.
