Epic Travel Designer designs and arranges personalised holidays from start to finish, taking care of everything from the big decisions to the smallest travel details.
WHO IS EPIC TRAVEL DESIGNER?
Epic Travel Designer is a Singapore-licensed online travel agency specialising in personalised travel design.
We have been designing and arranging holidays for more than a decade.
We don’t have a physical travel agency for you to visit. Everything is done personally through phone calls, online meetings, WhatsApp and email, making it easy to plan your holiday wherever you are.
We are also known for being responsive, often replying within 30 minutes. When our clients are travelling, we remain contactable when they need us and, where possible, also provide local contacts at the destination.
Most importantly, we don’t start with a tour package.
We start with you.
How you like to travel. Who you’re travelling with. What you want to experience. What matters to you.
Then we design the holiday around it.
WHAT DOES A TRAVEL DESIGNER DO?
Think of a travel designer a little like an interior designer.
You could design and furnish a home yourself.
But first, you would have to learn.
What works together? What should you prioritise? What mistakes should you avoid? Where do you find reliable suppliers? And how do you turn all those individual decisions into something that works as a whole?
Planning a holiday can have the same learning curve.
You may know exactly where you want to go, but perhaps you’ve never planned a journey through Switzerland, Japan or the Balkans before.
Suddenly there are hundreds of decisions to make.
Which route makes sense? How many nights should you spend in each place? Are you trying to do too much? Should you drive, take the train or arrange a private transfer? Which hotels work with the route? What needs to be booked months ahead?
Then there are the things you may not even know to ask about.
And once you’ve worked all that out, you still need to find reliable travel partners and suppliers, make the arrangements and bring everything together.
You can learn all of this and do it yourself. Or you can leverage our skills, our network and our time.
That’s what a travel designer does.

We’ll start by understanding the people behind the holiday.

We Design Your Journey
If we’re a good fit, we’ll invite you to engage us for the travel design phase with an upfront Travel Design Proposal Fee.
We work out the journey around you, including the routing, pacing, logistics and experiences that bring it all together.
If you decide to engage us to arrange your holiday after the design phase, your Travel Design Proposal Fee will form part of your final tour fare.

We Make It Happen
Once you decide to proceed, we take care of the travel arrangements needed to turn the design into your actual holiday.
From accommodation and transport to activities, tickets and the little details in between, we bring the different pieces together so you don’t have to manage them yourself.

You Go On Holiday
Before you leave, we’ll make sure you have what you need for the journey.
Then you go and enjoy it.
If you need us while you’re travelling, we’re still here.
And our service doesn’t necessarily end when you arrive home. If something happened during your journey and you need supporting documents for a travel insurance claim, we’ll help you put together the relevant information and documentation from the services arranged through us.
