Before we speak, we’ll review the information you’ve provided, research where necessary and work through your questions.
This isn’t a consultation where we see your questions for the first time when the call begins.
We do the thinking beforehand.

You Receive Our Recommendations
We’ll prepare a personalised PDF setting out our recommendations and the reasoning behind them.
You’ll receive it before our consultation so you have time to read through our suggestions and think about anything you’d like to discuss further.

We Talk It Through
We’ll spend up to 45 minutes together discussing your journey.
You can ask questions, explore alternatives and use the time to work through the decisions that matter most to you.

You Take It From There
After the consultation, the journey remains yours.
You can use our recommendations to refine your plans and make your own bookings and travel arrangements.

The final consultation fee may vary depending on the complexity and scope of the questions you’d like us to review.
We’ll confirm the fee before you decide to proceed.

You’ve done the research and built the itinerary, but you’d like an experienced travel designer to review the route, pacing and logistics before you start committing to bookings.

Perhaps you’re torn between two countries, two regions or two very different styles of holiday.
We can help you weigh the pros and cons, consider the practical differences and talk through which option may suit the people travelling better.
The decision is always yours. Our job is to help you make it with a clearer understanding of the options.
3. You've Been Before and Want to Discover Somewhere Different
Perhaps you’ve travelled to Japan five or six times.
You’ve already visited the places most first-time visitors go and don’t particularly want to repeat them.
Tell us what you’ve enjoyed on previous trips, what you’d like to experience this time and how you like to travel.
We’ll look at the possibilities and recommend destinations or regions you may not have considered, together with our reasoning for why they could suit you.
4. You're Stuck on One Part of Your Journey
Most of the holiday may already be sorted, but one route, connection or section simply isn’t coming together.
You don’t need us to redesign everything.
We can focus on the problem you need help solving.

WHAT A TRAVEL CONSULTATION DOESN'T INCLUDE
A Travel Consultation is an advisory service.
It doesn’t include designing a complete personalised journey from scratch, preparing a Travel Design Proposal, making reservations or arranging travel services on your behalf.
If you’d rather give us your ideas and have us design the complete journey for you, our Travel Design Proposal will be more appropriate.
