Upon your confirmation of the travel proposal by paying 50% deposit stated, you will be partnered with a dedicated travel designer who will work with you to craft a detailed, bespoke day-to-day itinerary. We handle all the details, so you can focus on enjoying the journey.

• Day-to-Day Itinerary Design: Creating a colourful, interactive itinerary presented in an app you can access online or offline, including real-time updates.
• Accommodation Bookings: Reserving accommodations that align with your preferences and style.
• Transportation Arrangements: Booking flights, trains, ferries, and private tours to ensure seamless transitions between destinations.
• Activity and Dining Reservations: Organizing exclusive experiences, tours, and restaurant bookings tailored to your taste.
• 24/7 Support: Providing round-the-clock assistance before, during, and after your vacation, ensuring peace of mind.
• Personalised Travel Advice: Answering all your questions and offering expert guidance throughout the process.

You Will Receive

• A detailed day-to-day itinerary with start and end times, activities, links to destinations, and accommodations, all accessible via an app.
• Travel directions and maps for getting between destinations.
• All your hotel bookings, train tickets, flight tickets, activity reservations will be attached digitally to your itinerary via an app.
• A destination resource file attached via the travel app with essential travel tips, such as:
  • How to purchase SIM/eSIM cards.
  • Weather, dress codes, and packing suggestions.
  • Currency exchange details and recommended travel cards.

1. First Payment:

   • Pay 50% of the tour fare as outlined in your Travel Proposal.
   • This allows us to:
     • Map out a detailed day-to-day itinerary.
     • Inform you of the accommodations, including specific hotel names, that we have arranged.

2. Second Payment:

   • Upon confirmation of your itinerary and hotel selections, pay the remaining balance (minus the Travel Proposal fee).
   • This secures all remaining bookings for your trip.

Of course.  When you proceed with our Custom Travel Planning service, the amount you paid for the Travel Proposal will be deducted from the remaining balance due at the time of confirming your itinerary and bookings.
