To proceed with Custom Travel Planning, a deposit of 50% of the total travel cost is required.
This confirms your engagement with us and allows us to begin detailed planning and coordination of your journey.

This allows your journey to be shaped progressively, with clarity at each step.
Final Confirmations
Once all elements of your itinerary and bookings are finalised, the remaining balance is required to complete the process.

You will have access to us throughout your journey.
This includes support before your departure, as well as assistance during your travels should unexpected situations arise, such as delays, disruptions, or changes to your plans.
We remain available to help you navigate these situations, ensuring that your journey continues as smoothly as possible.

The time required to complete your itinerary typically ranges from 7 days to 1 month.
This depends on the complexity of your journey, the number of destinations involved, and the level of coordination required.
Each itinerary is developed with care and consideration, ensuring that every element is properly aligned before confirmation.

As your journey is developed and bookings are secured, certain arrangements may become subject to supplier terms and conditions.
Refinements are part of the planning process. However, changes after confirmations may require adjustments or incur additional costs, which will be discussed with you prior to proceeding.
