In September 2024, we received a last-minute vacation request from client Z, who wanted a family-friendly, 8-day Taiwan vacation with a mix of kids’ activities, shopping, and food experiences. Our response time? One day! Here’s the family’s breakdown:

Unlike traditional travel agencies, Epic Travel Designer handcrafts every trip based on individual preferences and unique requests. With no preset itinerary, each travel plan starts from scratch, with fees beginning at SGD $450 to cover planning time and resources. This upfront fee enables us to provide a comprehensive service, from designing activities to handpicking accommodations and arranging logistics. Clients are also assigned an expert travel designer to assist them in every aspect of their vacation. As a bonus, the fee is credited toward your total trip cost when you book with us.

Spring Onion Farm
Kids loved suiting up in hats and aprons to harvest spring onions—a first-time experience for these city kids! The day ended with making delicious snacks from their own produce, a memory they’ll always cherish.
Seasonal Fruit Picking
With grape season in full swing, the kids enjoyed learning about and picking their own fruit, making this both an educational and joyful activity.
Farmstay Delight
Our clients rave about farmstays! This trip featured animal petting, milking cows, and even making ice cream, giving the family a taste of farm life.

For the seniors of Z’s family, they were not forgotten (we never leave anyone behind). They enjoyed strolling the old streets, people watching and trying famous food like Hakka beancurd.
Jiufen Old Streets
Almost every client loves Jiufen’s winding alleys and breathtaking views. Z’s family enjoyed taro desserts at a scenic café while others explored nearby shops and teahouses.
